I stopped here for a new oreo drink that I saw they promoted, will attach the picture, when I ordered the lady that took care of me, (didn't ask her name but she was indian I believe) did a terrible job making my shake, she gave me something that didn't looked like like the flyer at all, I will attach a picture of the shake she made, well I decided to give them a second chance but this time I complained about what happened to me last time and the lady that took care...

I love Dunkin Donuts on Smith Street only thing that tick me off is on Tuesday morning I made a mistake and left my 2 glazes donuts ? , on the counter no one seems to have try to say oh you left your donuts!! So I was just wondering why ? I will return Thurday morning!!! Thanks I will keep everyone posted...

This is an OKAY Dunkin but problem is understaffing. I came in there were 3 workers total. One guy making the food one fixing coffee and one taking orders. That’s not enough staff for the amount of people standing in line. This poor guy making the food fast as he can. That lowers the quality of the product. And because of this the customer suffers from long waiting times and the workers suffer from being overwhelmed.
