They messed up my order just yesterday. They didn’t give my receipt. I tried to call them, no one answered after calling 12 times. I called today, the guy answered the phone. When he answered the phone I asked for the manager. I asked for him His name was Ali and after asking for the manager, he said he was the Manager. I told him my order was wrong. I told him about the 12 times I called when nobody picked up and he said “the phone was in the office so nobody could pick up and the office was locked.” After complaining about my wrong order he asked what time I could come to pick up my order. I said at 3:30 and went at 3:30. He asked for my name and he told me to say that Ali said that Loni will come pick up her bagel when I Come. When I went to pick up my order I said exactly that, they were confused. They asked me for the reciept and I told them what happened and that they didn’t give me a receipt yesterday. They said I have to come back and talk with the manager. The manager was apparently in the bathroom at the time and a woman. The female manager came and said to give the order and said sorry and she asked if I wanted a drink. She asked if I wanted an extra bagel. The young guy who messed up my order was there. He had no name tag on. Nobody had a name tag on. I asked for his name, he wouldn’t give his name. After saying I wanted to make a complaint he gave me his name and gave my attitude. After I left I called the store 6 times and nobody picked up.

I go through the drive-thru often at night but there's a girl working there now who works at 9:00 at the drive-thru who doesn't know how to make the coffee twice now the coffee was freaking horrible and it was not hot I recommend if you're going to go at night go after 11:00

They get their Dunkin’s delivered in the truck of a random regular car donuts uncovered no gloves nothing. Do not get donuts from this location

I was at the drive-thru, and I saw a homeless man. He wasn't bothering anyone, nor going up to the windows and asking. He was standing there and gestured a hello from a distance. You could clearly see he was hungry, so I offered to buy him food. Someone, I believe, the manager or owner, came out and started cursing loudly, causing a ruckus and more disturbance than the homeless man. I spent more money feeding the man in need than on my drink. I don't believe this even happened, it's so inhumane for someone to have no empathy for another person in need. He wasn't bothering, nor speaking, nor getting close to anyone. It really hurt me to see what this world has come to. He did not deserve to be cursed, screamed at, and humiliated.

I am writing to formally report an unacceptable experience I had at your location at approximately 2:20 AM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, the employee on duty completely ignored the intercom system. I was forced to circle the drive-thru three times just to get his attention. I could clearly see him inside, distracted and using his phone.
When he finally decided to respond, instead of offering a simple apology for the delay and inconvenience, he responded with attitude and disrespect, as if I was the problem for simply trying to place an order.
This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer service role. Being ignored, disrespected, and treated with hostility as a paying customer is not something I expect—especially when the fault clearly lies with the employee’s negligence.
I expect appropriate disciplinary action to be taken against this individual, and I ask that you follow up with me regarding how this matter will be addressed. No customer should ever be made to feel like a burden simply for trying to make a purchase. You guys can check Dunkin camera at that time.

Bad workers I recommend not coming here because they don’t do there job well I was waiting for workers to go in the cashier do I can order but no they all were in the drive through and a guy was trying to get in but the door was locked. This place is open 24 hours and they weren’t acting like they just opened it and I was waiting a while outside don’t waste your time coming here.

I come every morning at the same time to place the same exact order every morning and it takes me 10 minutes to order cause they have a lady there that barely speaks English and doesn’t understand a single thing I say she always gets my order wrong and its so frustrating what’s so hard about and egg and cheese croissant with extra egg and cheese with a iced matcha latte with cold foam and almond milk they need to get English speakers there ASAP!!!!

The guy working at drive thru us absolutely horrible. He is rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning here at all. If I could give 0 star I would. He didn't let us buy from drive thru and kept forcing us to go to window without even giving the chance to look at menu.
This is one of the worst Dunkin’s to exist. The service and food are equally terrible.

I went to drive thru at like 10:20pm and just wanted to get some donuts. The drive thru speaker is terrible and on top of that I can barely understand what the man was saying through the mic because of his accent. As a fast food worker, I would never rush someone to order. I just wanted to switch out a donut for another one and then he told me “Miss there’s a long line at the drive thru.” Mind you there’s was only 2 cars and no one in the store. This man needs to learn what good service is.

Sorry had no croissant there when order late night and also no wake up wrap and the switched from the woman to the guy and also we order a doughnut on uber eats eats paid for it and didn’t recieve it at all bad service fro a dunkin doughnuts that just opened not to long ago kinda brand new n so sad need new workers or better management so sad and makes other not want to come it hasn’t been just one problem it been like a couple problems and barely have anh Hung for customer to make them happy and want to give good reviews but not this one and would like them to check it out and see what’s going on slow service can’t understand people when they order so they have to fix this problem as soon as possible because I am one to tell others about this place n don’t care and let them know

They took 5 minutes to take an order with nobody in the drive through. Then when at the window the man proceeded to wave the bag of food I ordered to rush me to grab it. Completely disgusting. Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to get a new team completely because they're all rude and obviously don't know how to work in a fast food environment.

I went in early this morning at 5:30 am and before I even ordered I was aware they had no caffeinated coffee only un caffeinated . How is it possible that early morning there’s no coffee. And on top of that I ordered a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and I literally just got a plain bagel with no cream cheese at all. Dunkin please get it together .
