I give this store 2 stars cause literally everytime I go there's an issue. Either they make my coffee like crap or they don't put what I requested better yet paid for. Also I called corporate and this location charges more for less ice to compensate for there product loss in the cup. Meaning they charge for less ice just cause they put 2 more ounces or so. N then charge less for more ice. Also this staff has attitude all the time I go there everyday and there customer service varies on who working. Idk dunkin charging 11 to 20 cents more on there coffee from literally 2 weeks ago. Thanks dunkin. Might not be running on ya no more... THE MANAGER SAYS THEY DIDNT CHANGE PRICES.

Never go here around the afternoon, order are wrong, they have someone in there deliberately making the wrong drinks and knowing it. Terrible experience each time, to the point even some of the staff know who it is.

My kids hate this Dunkin location. They’re always greedy with the refresher syrup. I swear any other location does it better. Half the time the drive through has a worker that can barely hear. Sometimes they leave you waiting for minutes before asking for your order. The workers are sometimes rude as well. I’ve lived on chamberlain for years, and ever since they moved to the corner location their food became wayyy worse. The store is nice but everything else sucks. The drive thru is so small, I and everyone else have to struggle to go through it.

I’m sure there’s a feature so they can be informed of when I arrived, but whether it’s incompetence or whatever, they still don’t, and this happens regularly. Also, accusing a customer of being competition is very unprofessional and makes you sound like a paranoid idiot, no offense.

Also, and my most important point, I’m sure the workers are told to save money in all possible ways, maybe one refresher wouldn’t, but cutting down on all expensive ingredients everyday would save tons. I spoke to a worker because it got out of hand how little syrup they put, and they showed me the line, but I realized that they put ICE before the syrup, when instead, they should be putting syrup before the ice. That’s what almost every other Dunkin location does. I don’t get it. It’s actually really annoying having the closest location to me make bad refreshers. TELL YOUR WORKERS TO FIX THEIR PROBLEMS. Also, when I ask for more syrup they get mad

The store was clean and the food was good, however the service does not compare. They forgot a donut from my order after I repeatedly and specifically said what I wanted. It wasn’t just my order but also another order that was purchased by another customer. These employees are clueless about what they are doing and don’t pay attention to a costumer’s request.

I always come here because it’s close to where I’m always at, and I regret it every time. I’m a very patient person, but every time I order something, my order is ALWAYS wrong. If it wasn’t for me being so busy all the time, I would remember to check it right then and there, so that they can fix my order. But that’s no excuse to get my order completely wrong, to the point where I can see the workers are not paying any attention to what they’re doing. I’m done with place!
