If I could put negative stars I would !! This place has been racist towards my brother in law and that is UNACCEPTABLE. Hiding the tip jar when he walks in , And acting like he is some criminal or something. Corporate will be hearing from us !

It is disheartening to observe discriminatory behavior at this establishment. Each time my African American husband visits the store, he is met with suspicious looks from the staff, who even move the tip jar as if they believe he might steal their money. This treatment is unacceptable and has deeply affected my husband’s emotions, leaving him feeling disappointed and disheartened. It is crucial for all customers to feel valued and respected, regardless of their background.

They don’t listen well to the orders, I ask for a ice matcha latte and I didn’t ask for caramel and they add it (3 pumps, too sweet) and then the ice coffee they fill the cup all with ice like if I ask for extra ice
