Amazing, Just truly amazing service and food. I usually go here for breakfast and I get hashbrowns, an egg and cheese croissant, and munchkins. The hashbrowns are always fresh and have the perfect amount of flavor on them, and the munchkins are soft and fresh too. The egg and cheese is always warm and you guessed it, fresh. Also get my order ready within 5 minutes. Way better service and food than the dunkin donuts on Mcbride Ave.

The lady who took my order was wearing gloves in her hand. There was another person working with her. I ordered small coffee milk no sugar and a plain bagel toasted with cheese. The other person made my coffee for me with sugar and milk. The lady who took my order she my food with the same glove that she took the money I paid my meal with. Basically she was touching money with gloves and was making food with the same gloves. So both items were waisted.

I wish i could give this 0 stars, i love dunkin but this customer service is terrible… the employees dont know the drinks i want to order, yelled at my 11 year old brother when he asked for cold foam instead of whipped cream. (They charged us $0.80 but didn’t give the cold foam.)
