No one ever picks up the phone , and then when they do they’re very rude . The manager said he’ll call me back and then just hangs up and the employees are rude too . They need to do better !!

They never listen to what you’re order, the Indian ladies always always give you whatever they want. Never lister correctly, you order something hot they give you something cold, is like my money and my time doesn’t matter.

That dunkin have no respect using leaf blower while i was eating my donut and all the dusty from the floor got on it. disgusting behavior
It should be better if they improve customer service and teach the employees how to take orders and respect customers, and it will be great if they put the Spanish red head short lady in the back or kitchen because she acts like an animal and she insult customers in
