I tried numerous times to get a coffee light and sweet, it would be heavy on the cream and not even close to sweet. Then, I tried to get Vanilla Kreme donuts and kept getting Bavarian Kreme. I just stopped going out of utter frustration.

24 hours when? I just came from there about 15 minutes ago and the doors were locked. If it's just the drive thru that is open 24 hours, you should have signage that reflects that. 2 stars because you haven't messed up an order for me since the remodel.

They steal the customer's coffee. A cup has half the amount in it. When you open the cup of coffee, you see a half-full cup of coffee. Despite this, you pay three dollars for a small cup.
I asked the guy to put me milk instead of creamer and he said yes and made it without both I don’t like to go back and complain I prefer to put review so the owner can see it and talk to him so he can help the customer better I guess he was an Indian Thank you

Service was okay since it was through the drive thru, soggy hash browns which was disappointing and my cups lid was faulty so there was coffee going everywhere on my clothes and car which was frustrating :(
