I can't believe I ordered a coffee with caramel they didn't have, then they didn't ask and put vanilla in my coffee. They're supposed to have all the supplies. Terrible service.

The folks here are extremely rude. Order a coffee, yet it tastes more water than coffee. Went to have them correct. The guy wants to argue with the customer by yelling. It's definitely the worst customer service I have seen here from this dunkin.
