I paid 5.34 for the kid's scoop with sprinklers and that's $1.89 extra than what I normally pay in Jersey City. I was told It's PRIVATELY owned which means OWNER can cut corners or charge extra.OVERPRICED PLACE check your receipts.

I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for 23 years now. Lately, they have been serving old bagels that are stale. I complained to the workers as it becomes very inconvenient to have to make multiple stops in the morning to grab your coffee from one place and your bagel from another which is what I have been doing. Going to a local bagel shop did the work for me. If you want to be dingy with keeping your old bagels to serve your regular customers, then were gonna have to bring our business elsewhere!

I don't know how employees catch attitudes to customers but management either retrains them or hire new people who will do a decent job at taking orders. Do better it'll help A LOT!

Went in this afternoon and placed a mobile order for coffee and a donut. Took a minute to get it but that’s okay. I waited until I got into my car to sip my coffee and wow it was dangerously hot. I immediately spit it out, in my car… not great. It was in my mouth just seconds and the scalding heat burned my entire mouth. I ordered my coffee with extra milk but not even that cooled it down to a reasonable temperature. This place is dangerous!!!!
