Litterally the worst Dunkin in Paterson NJ. Always closed early, the manager and staff refuse to do the orders correctly(they give you want they want to give you). Highly recommend ppl to not come here. The entire staff is unprofessional. 3rd time in a week span that i was not pleased with the customer service… at all 2/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Time on door say open at five am but let me tell you they are never open at this time. Every single morning I walk over to the establishment to be met by scowling faces behind glass windows and a locked door. I knock to be brushed off. The most incompetent non friendly staff in the morning. This one employee who works here treats human beings like trash and acts as though he does not how to scan the app or uncharge. I was told to move out of line for real customers yet not another soul was in the establishment. They lock the bathroom and do not allow anyone to use it. I just want to inform everyone I go to this place every morning and spend my money don’t you agree that I am a REAL customer? I wish there other establishments open that I could get my morning coffee

Very disappointing experience. I visited this outlet and asked to use the bathroom as I am diabetic and needed urgent access. The bathroom was locked. A staff member told me she would look for the key, but instead, she continued chatting casually with other staff and made no effort to help. It was clear she wasn’t interested in assisting. I eventually had to take my coffee and leave to a nearby laundromat. Extremely unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. This is not how customers should be treated — especially when health issues are involved. Definitely not visiting this location again.

You get Dunkin, but the place is filthy. Basically, it's a homeless encampment where you get held up for food and money by beggars.
I have ordered several times and you ask for a hot cappuccino without sugar, they give you the drink warm and with sugar. Terrible service.

I ordered through DoorDash and for who knows what reason they sent my order to this store. My breakfast sandwich arrived with a disgusting amount of hair on it and to make matters worse they sent me all the wrong donuts. Whoever is working needs a hairnet and needs to learn to do their job correctly. Disgusting.
