I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant and have always enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. The food is excellent, especially their burgers and meat empanadas and chili, which are delicious. However, today, around 4 p.m., my experience was different. The person in charge did not show professionalism or charisma, both when answering the phone and in person. Their attitude was not the friendliest, something very different from the service I am used to here. I think it would be important to let this person know how crucial attitude is to providing good care.
