The manager here needs serious training in basic manners. I only asked a simple question about pay, and instead of giving a polite answer, they acted rude and dismissive. If this is how they treat people who want to work, I can’t imagine how they treat customers. Terrible attitude. I used to come here all the time to do my shopping, but after how rude the manager was I’ll never come to this place again.

I enjoyed a falafel sandwich with different toppings. There are light vegetarian options with good quality bread to support the bakery there. Many different freshly baked goods — if you’re there visit the restaurant and try some of the bottled Laban — you wont forget — servers cashiers and chiefs all appreciate a tip and provide generous portions for a fair price.

I went with my family to lunch and I was in line to order the food for about 9 minutes and I only had only one person in front there were only 3 employees 1 who was collecting the money and 2 were making the food orders honestly I didn't want or could not wait because I was very hungry Well, they should hire more people because the store is very big and they have a lot of variety I had to go somewhere else to eat 😏😏

We come from Massachusetts once a year to shop at Fattals. We were there yesterday. We got a sujuk sandwich. We opened the bread and there was garlic sauce and pickles and 3 small quarter size circles of meat on each side. We paid a high amount for basically a bread and pickle sandwich. Fattals should be so embarrassed. When we asked what happened we were told that is how they make it. They did not apologize or offer a discount. They said they will make it up to us next time however we decided there will be no next time.

Today, while shopping at Fattal’s I was approached by a non-Arab older woman pushing a walker. She asked if I would buy her cheese. Didn’t want to turn her away so I bought her the cheese. She then asked for some meat and bread. Is this woman a frequent begger at Fattal’s? Has anyone experienced this?
