The best chimi truck in paterson.
I usually pay a lot more for small portions leaving a bad impression. But in Caribbean frying the portions are more generous. On this occasion I ordered a salchipapa, there are $10 and up. And quality product.

Expensive!! Extremely overpriced. 1st and last time. Now I understand why the place was empty. One of the ladies cooking had a bad attitude towards us. Places like this are set for failure.

The best fry up in Paterson! You have to try that tray of ears with sweet potato Uffff??? … the delicious chicken yaroa. The chicken chimi is also delicious!!

Everything was soooo good!We had the longaniza, morcilla, buche & chicharrón, it was all fried to perfection. That morcilla ??My Chimi de res was perfect! The guys in the truck were very nice and service was fast! We are totally going back
