The bread here is always amazing, and it's even better when it comes right out of the oven. The crunchy texture on the outside and the supple soft dough in the inside makes it a perfect pairing with almost anything ?. It's just hard at times trying to catch someone's attention to actually purchase it.
I’ve been in the bakery business for 30 years. I think I know bread. Gianella uses the most advanced modern equipment and still maintains the fresh crunch of old world bread. There quality is unmatched.
