Yes. That is Cuy. Fried guinea pig. It’s not on the menu this way so you’ll have to ask for it. Otherwise it’s available on the menu in a stew. Everybody here was perfectly nice and the food was pretty good. Definitely a unique experience. My favorite dish was the Lomo

It is the second time I go to Griselda with my family, the food and service are excellent!
Today the young man who wears glasses helped me, I don't know his name but he was attentive to any need that might arise. I ordered green noodles, dry northern style and leche de tigre, everything was delicious.
I will definitely return soon!

The food is delicious and preserves the original flavors of Peruvian restaurants.
In my opinion, Griseldas Restaurant respects the tradition of Peruvian food, which leads it to obtain such delicious dishes that teleport me to every corner of the towns and regions of my Beautiful Peru and you really feel in each dish that I order as if I were eating in Peru.
In this Restaurant they don't start inventing FUSIONS in the kitchen, like in other restaurants trying...
