I went for the first time, I felt very much, it was the same as the traditional artisan restaurant in Turkey, we drank head and trotters and tripe in the morning, it was perfect, our cook was super kind, I didn't expect such a place in a place like Petersom.

We tried Hitit Restaurant in Paterson for the first time today and absolutely loved it. Every dish we ordered was delicious. The service was quick, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Uğur — he was super friendly and attentive. Great food, great service, great vibe. Definitely recommend!
