Only order from here if you want your order wrong. I’ve been trying to be patient and hope for the best with this place but it never fails. They ALWAYS GET SOMETHING WRONG! It’s ridiculous at this point. I order 1 thing, they send another. Is it hard to read or follow directions? Is the supervisor on shift even making sure staff are working accurately?

I usually like going to this KFC but today I went to get the 8 piece for 10 and the chicken was kinda hard and the skin was falling off the meat. I asked the young man did he give me crunchy but he insisted it wasn’t I thought he would take it back and give me new chicken but he just said he didn’t put in the box like that 🙄🙄

I only buy original wings from KFC and from this specific joint I really liked the wings. They were crispy and tasty. My only issue with this place is nobody’s wiping down the tables so there are crumbs everywhere, and you have to ASK for napkins which is weird because it should be in the package. And there are quite a few beggars and vagrants standing outside. I even caught 1 stealing soda from the soda machine. There’s a nice view of the train tracks outside, which I enjoyed watching. It’s an OK place. I like to sit with myself and enjoy the soft city view from out the window when I visit Paterson.

Big line more than 20 minutes wait drive thru speakers not working as always you have to wait and order at the window. This issue needs to be fix as soon as possible 🙏

I went to KFC today at 10:30pm the doors was locked . It says the the store opens at 10am . The worst store .

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.
I decided to try the KFC at this location for the first time since it was nearby and I wanted something different from the usual. I went to their website and ordered online. Everything seemed normal... until I arrived.
First, all the tables were dirty, covered in crumbs, and no one seemed to be cleaning. I sat down anyway, trying not to pay much attention to them. Then I took my order and there wasn't a single sauce, no ketchup, no napkins, nothing. Total neglect.
The fries were horrible; many had a greenish or black color on the tips, and they looked overcooked or undercooked. Although I tried to eat some, they were unpleasant. The chicken was so greasy that when I took a bite, oil/juice spilled on me, staining my clothes, and it was also very hot.
In short, it was a terrible experience for my first time at KFC, and I regret not choosing McDonald's as I had intended.
I don't recommend it. Bad service, poor presentation, and zero attention to detail.

This KFC needs to close down. The guy asked me Original or Crispy I said Original what dis I received Crispy and the chicken is salty as hell can'teven eat the chicken. The guy taken the orders at the drive thru windows is rude and also the parking lot is not for KFC customers
