I went to the restaurant when I got married to celebrate, and I was served by a waitress named Belkis, everyone was very excellent, but she was very attentive, very cordial, polite, spectacular in herself... and the food was delicious ? highly recommended ?

The food is incredible, I love eating there with my family when it comes to celebration, the waitresses always say hello when we enter, and the food always comes out delicious, if I could give it more stars it would be a 100, others don't know how to appreciate a business that work hard!

I make a reservation It was a car accident I was driving from manhattan to leña del carbon But I call so many times no answer I try to speak to the manager Didn't acomodate to eat my food Really bad service I have to wait like 2 hours to get a table Totally unhappy

Horrible to find parking. I order food by mistake in this restaurant online. Didn't want to cancel since I figured it out last minute. It took my 15 minutes to find parking. The lady kept calling me to ensure I came to pick up my food which added more annoyance while finding parking. Food was okay but would not go back..

I had a very bad experience of service and lack of humanity!!I went on Saturday with my children because the idea was to take them to eat there but we went first to the National which is next door to get out of that errand before they closed me and at that time my youngest son, 7 years old, was peeing and I asked the lady who is in the photo (behind the gallon of milk) please let me take the child to the bathroom who was combing his hair and with a very hard and rude face told me NO!! I told him he is a child, I would understand if it was me or a person from the street, but to deny that to a child??? For God's sake, where is people's humanity? I understand that these prohibitions are made in public places to prevent street people from making their messes in the bathrooms but please!!! How to deny entry to a bathroom to a minor? The poor boy was already doubled over in pain and I had to go to the business in front to ask for help and the very kind lady let me in. There they lost me as a customer because the idea was to go to eat with my children in that place but when I refused in such a way and told me that she is not the owner and those are the rules she has and NO! And she didn't even say it with sadness but rather with pride in not letting it go with that hard face that was what hurt me the most, I told her that I hope it doesn't happen to her, what if she wasn't a mother or a human? And he completely ignored me, I wonder, Business Owner: would you deny a minor entry to the bathroom to his face? Would you be so hard-nosed as to say no? Sensitize your employees because there is always an exception to the rule and it seems to me that they lack humanity and empathy. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else and that they can make this rule more flexible for their employees. Didn't she know I was going to stay there? Therefore, they lost a customer and I will not recommend them and not because of the food but because of the lack of empathy and as a mother they gave me a low blow.
