I so wanted to give this 5 ⭐️’ s the food is really really good. The customer service is down right awful. I mean bad. The lady working there should be working in either the hospitality or fast food industries

I went there Saturday night crazy busy, which makes sense because the food was great. I had a good chicken penne, vodka pasta with a slice of margarita pizza want to mention that the staff absolutely phenomenal seeing how stressful their environment was but yet still delivering the high expectation it's being super friendly. I love the hostess Elvera she was so sweet.

I recently ordered catering for my son’s birthday party, and they delivered everything on time and piping hot. We got a variety of stuff. Pizzas, pasta, and subs. My wife had a spaghetti bolognese (She loved it. She’s picky so her approval does not come easy) Had to share that everyone at the party raved about the food. They even included extra plates and napkins without me asking. Fantastic service and the delivery driver was very attentive. She helped carry the trays in and wished my son a happy birthay. I'll definitely be ordering again.

Lefty’s is my new go-to. Their chicken cutlets are near perfect. The team is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Elvira took my order last time. Lovely people in there!

Terrible experience. Tried calling to place an order and was placed on hold for 2+ minutes. So I decided to place my order online @7:14 pm. I get to Lefty's 30 minutes later & tell them my order name. The pizza maker then tells me they never processed my online order. He offered to make it in the spot but that I would have to wait another 40+ minutes. He said the 2 front counter girls were new. Poor service. 0 stars. They should hire experienced people that know how to take online orders.

I recently ordered from Lefty’s Pizzeria, and it was an absolute disaster. Not only did I find a foreign object in my food, which raises serious concerns about their kitchen hygiene, but the staff’s attitude was even worse. When I received my order, I was completely appalled by both the quality of the food and the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The combination of unacceptable food quality and rude, dismissive service shows that Lefty’s doesn’t care about its customers. I will never be ordering from here again and strongly advise others to stay away.
