On Saturday I bought some tamales for my family and they were hard, not much pork and had no flavor at all, what a shame. No more. 😪

They really go overboard, they make Peru look bad, maybe the cook is from another country, oh what? First, the tamale, very bad tasting, the raw blood sausage with blood, the loin sandwich, the meat, very strange, that was today, Sunday morning.

The service in the restaurant is terrible, the waitresses stay talking for hours and don't serve you, I miss when the guys served because they were super fast and kinder to the public. Wait half an hour for a bowl of soup, this is a good place to rest while you wait and lose a few pounds while you starve. Where will the owner be while all this is happening???

Terrible telephone service, they pick up the phone and don't answer you, you are left listening to how they attend to other people in the premises while you wait forever.
When I call again to take my order or I only order two sandwiches, they cut off my call.

If I could, I would give it 0 stars. The service in the restaurant or winery area is terrible. The staff is totally rude, thank you, despots. Terrible service. The bathrooms are disgusting. In the restaurant area, it took half an hour per dish and they don't clean the tables. The condition. of the restaurant is run down and dirty

The food is unpleasant, yesterday I bought a stuffed causa and when I got home I saw that it was full of potato lumps and the horrible taste of the potato. I called the store at least the young man on the phone who answered me apologized but the store gave poor service. I went to return it and it's a shame that they don't know how to show interest and they apologized politely and they told me: Oh, they didn't crush it well, that's why there were pieces of potato. They asked me: is it broken? What do you want to do? They must learn to apologize for the case. I felt indignant with the employee's arrogant attitude and he didn't even look at me. But after this no more. Food is for people, not animals. Give classes to your customer service employees and resolve customer complaints.
