I was told by an employee earlier this week that my card came with a $10 credit I could use online and/or in person on Friday. That’s the only reason I came back today.
I walked in, said hello, and got… blank stares. No greeting, no welcome — I had to say hello TWICE just to get acknowledged. When I explained what their staff told me, they acted like I was making it up, girls behind the counter giggled, another went to the bathroom and acted like it wasnt her business and refused to honor it. I even said they could check the footage of the girl previously explaining this to me earlier in the week to confirm I wasn’t lying.
If you care about your business and your customers, you honor what your employees say. Instead, this felt like a bait-and-switch and being treated like I’m trying to scam a free lunch. I would’ve stayed and been a repeat customer (like i have been before this) but I walked out instead. Treat people better and stand by your word.

This is a GREAT food place. But they always get my order wrong. I don’t know how. I order it online and specifically select everything I want off. 9 times out of ten, there’s something on my food that asked to be taken off. I shouldn’t have to call EVERYTIME when I place an order just to remind them to remove certain things. That part sucks. I ordered some food today but I couldn’t even eat it. They got the order wrong, ONCE AGAIN, even though I specified what I didn’t want.

Food is good so I currently went this Sunday but when I arrived there it is close. The workers were cleaning and the hours on the door said it close at 10pm not 9:20pm.

Always passing by and finally decided to give this place a try. Had the stake bowl with a mango and passion fruit smoothy. Everything came out delicious. The ladies were great, sit down service, and brought everything over to our table. Everything was clean and so many food options. Can't wait to come again.

Doesn't fill you for the price . Just order the salad bowl instead of the chicken bowl , difference is just a scoop of rice .
