The cake was not up to par with what I expected for a Dominican cake. The deco of the cake was very beautiful, but the cake itself was dry(crumbled apart as soon as it was cut) and lacked flavor. The dulce de leche was clumped and not smooth like it should’ve been for a “Dominican” cake. Maybe today was an off day. Because if the rest of these reviews are based off this type of cake I received today, they must not know what a true Dominican cake is!
