12-04-2025 around 10:42pm, the girl with glasses at the last window of drive-thru was very rude. Asking me to pay for a sauce with a very negative tone, to which I agreed. She closed the window on my face and ignored us. Then came back after chatting with someone and gave us the sauce, said “just go”, closed window. As if we were complaining about having to pay for a simple sauce. No manners whatsoever, light-skin Hispanic girl with glasses. It’s just funny, so miserable.

Amazing! Is a good place for a goth just hanging around, great for alt people who don't have the taste of mall music, better than the Broadway McDonald's nearby, friendly and cool staff, love it!

I told the manager/supervisor that the bathroom had no toilet tissue. She said, "we don't have any so use some napkins." McDonald's is okay with not having toilet tissue? No one couldn't go to the corner store across the street and buy some for the customers? Unsanitary! Do not eat here!

Terrible customer service. Asked to speak with a manager (Jasmine) about an issue that I had and uncovered she did not speak English. Another employee by the name of Jason, came over and made the situation worse. Do not recommend this location EVER AGAIN!!!!! Ordered on the app and discovered once I got to the location that my item was unavailable. I asked for a refund and was referred to customer service because they can’t refund on mobile orders.
