McDonald's provides varying experiences to its customers. The staff offer excellent service, taking orders efficiently and having drinks ready promptly. Some customers have been disappointed with the food, specifically the quarter pounder with cheese, which has undergone changes, including a different bun and cheese that tastes like plastic. Management has also been a letdown, with pre-packaged cold fries being served at times. The restaurant has been remodeled and is spacious and walkable, with updated restrooms. The ladies at the register and window provide friendly service. One of the card readers from the Kiosk machines is still not working, and the soda machines are gone. The atmosphere is nice, and it can get very crowded at times.
