they have already prepared a burger several times that falls apart right in your hands, it was impossible to finish it even halfway, and this is the 3rd time it has happened to me, plus never order coffee or hot drinks of any kind in this establishment, they are disgusting, I will never order anything in this establishment or go there again

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. All of the workers were nasty and rude, so unprofessional. The rudest of all was the short Hispanic lady working the drive-through and the tall white Hispanic manager. They were talking about us behind our backs in Spanish; thank God my friend spoke Spanish and understood what they were saying. I don’t feel comfortable sharing what they said on the internet as it’s inappropriate, but that should tell you enough. I almost forgot the black cashier that was giving us the nastiest look known to man and refusing to talk to us when we asked how much longer for our order. The staff at this establishment need some serious customer service training, and dare I say, some are beyond saving and need to be fired. I’m going to report this establishment to corporate, and you should too. Go to Chick-fil-A and they will show you amazing customer service and no sass and attitude like the workers of this McDonald’s. Seriously, this establishment needs new workers and managers. Stay far away.

I got someone to order a double quarter pounder with cheese meal, 10 piece McNugget and 2 small fries they get there and hand the bag to me it’s just a cheese burger and the 2 small fries. I first check the receipt and it’s all good, try and call them because i can’t make it there and no response .

Good night I’m a concerned customer on 12/26/24 I ordered food I understand this is a fast food restaurant but every fast food restaurant should be clean professionals handling food with care down to the bags everything I ordered should be clean cooked properly packaged properly and safely….. i drink all of the soda so I had a little left so I decided to finish it up for some reason something told me to look down what I see in my cup is peace off packaging Styrofoam inside my cup know what this means someone is not doing there job properly this is unacceptable and not healthy

My family and I used the mobile apps. we place our order at 10:30. When we arrived to pick up we were told our order was canceled.When we asked who canceled they said they did Because they never make a mobile app order prior to the person arriving that they make it when the person arrives and it was after 11 o’clock. Which was not true. During the interaction they were talking to us as if we were incompetent. When I Call to speak to a manager I was told that there is no manager on site and they would have to figure out who was the manager on site but could not give me that information. however I offered to give them my information and I am still waiting for a call.
