Overpriced, overhyped on social media by the company, and overcooked...if you are toothless and like mushy soft meat no matter the cut or animal this place is for you. $60 a lb it will cost you, better off going to Stew Leonard's and purchasing an entire filet mignon for the family. The staff is indifferent and I see the place is already discounted its pricing so I give them a little credit on hearing the feedback.

Not really sure what the hype is here. The food is very bland, even with the so called "spices" the sprinkle on the meat. The meat is tender but that's about it. The side dishes have zero flavor, once again bland rice/salad. There's nothing unique about their sauces, standard spicy mayo, bbq, and chimichurri. As for the service, it was crappy, we had no one come to our table, we had no one bring the sauces and the sides, we had to ask multiple times (and trying to get someone's attention is another mission). When we did finally get the sides, it was short, meaning each one of us should've gotten a plate, we were given one tiny plate for 3 people LOL. The 2 stars is for the chef who showed us and weighed the meat, very nice and friendly!

My experience was okay it wasn’t great we made a reservation and when we showed up there wasn’t enough table for the people that made reservations also with the reservation you get 10% discount that we never received and when we got our table after waiting 10 minutes the food was cold and we had to ask for the sides that comes with the food there wasn’t any side until we asked for each side separately. the food is good but the service was very poor and I’ve been to other location in Turkey and Ramallah overall experience was better in the two locations
We came here because IG reccomended. Unfortunately no fire show, it's only at certain times. Meat looked delicious. Price was pretty good, for 4lbs of meat cooked with sides it came out to approximately 190$ which feeds about 4 people. Service was meh; okay. You have to get up, order your food, pay at the register, no one comes to check on you really. I had to get up and ask for a box to go. There's only gingerale, coke and water(at least that's what we were offered.The food: sides were one bowl of rice, one bowl of salad with cucumber tomatoes and onions and another really tiny lettuce and onion salad bowl. The meat didn't have much seasoning or it didn't taste all that well. There's really no directions as to which seasonings they offer so you might want to look dilligently online to see what they offer. The meat itself came with peppers and some potatoes on a black cast iron pan sheet, and presentation was lovely. We got the beef brisket and ribs/shank.Overall cool, clean and nice looking place, but probably more of a one and done deal.

Today, I visited Meet Moot and was captivated by its ambiance. The sophisticated furniture and stylish lighting fixtures created a delightful atmosphere. The beef ribs and lamb shank were exceptional—so tender and juicy! However, our experience started confusingly. The ordering process was disorganized and there was no one to welcome or guide incoming customers.Despite Meet Moot's potential for an excellent dining experience, it was marred by inconsistent service. For a premium price, I expect a higher standard of dining.
