TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- Our doctors office orders from here often and when we have an issue with a particular order and I call them about it , they insinuate were either stealing the food or lying about missing sides they did not pack. Today I ordered a paella that they advertised on their website, I had to pull teeth and nails for them to send us the correct order adding on 30 dollars when the paella lunch plate was on the website for 16.95 - AFTER ARGUING to get my money back , she then states I was right and it must of been an error on their end - I just think its ridiculous that I had to argue and wait for almost 3 hours just to receive the right food. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN !! AND THE LADIES ANSWERING THE PHONES TO TAKE ORDERS HAVE NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.. AND THE MANAGER??? TERRIBLE - If you want great customer service , go to another noches like the one in Clifton or something.. never again smh

Sancocho de carne needed more seasoning. Large container had only 3 pieces of meet. Took more than 10 minutes to scoop from 3 running hot pots of stew, rice and beans. Parking is a mess. Free fender bender with order.
