Worst customer service ever while visiting a restaurant! Went there with friends and immediately regretted it! The lady in the front taking orders showed pathetic behavior! Worst cashier I ever met!

What an unprofessional behavior! The cashier woman needs to get fired, she treats customers so badly! Never coming back to this place!
We visited there yesterday! The cashier woman was so rude to us! She didn't listen to our orders properly and then when we asked about the difference between two dishes, she remarked on how she explained that already to us in a rude voice! Definitely need to keep up her customer service standards and politeness if she wishes to attract more customers! Treated us in an inappropriate manner! Food was decent tho!

The food was delicious.
I live in Michigan and came here while visiting New Jersey, and wow—this shawarma is unbelievable. It’s the only place in the U.S. where I’ve tasted shawarma that’s truly like the ones in Syria. This is real Syrian shawarma, and I can’t recommend it enough.
My only grief? That I have to go back to Michigan and won’t be able to eat it anymore. Please, for the love of God, open a location in Michigan. I would literally drive hours just to eat this again. That’s how good it is.
Phone service is terrible. I tried calling multiple times and no one picked up. I understand the place is super busy and the workers are clearly doing their best, but that’s no excuse—something needs to be fixed.
They forgot part of my order. It was raining, and I had to go back soaked to get it. Again, probably due to how busy they were, but still—those mistakes shouldn’t happen.

The person who prepared my order was sneezing and coughing while preparing the order. He wasn't wearing a mask. His English was very poor with a lot of Turkish words. My experience was very bad and I will never repeat it. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

The authentic shawarma, the flavors took me back to Lebanon and Syria. Very welcoming, generous, and clean. It was worth the 2 hours and 30 minutes ride
