The chicken use to be great. The aji use to be got spicy. Now its all in the past. The place looks run down and smells. The chicken is served undercooked and the servers feel that they are doing you a big favor by sending the chicken back to the kitchen to get cooked properly.

Fries are soggy and the chicken is served undercooked without flavor. It seems that the owner doesn't care, just sits by the front door and only gets up to deliver an order to the kitchen. Flies or gnats constantly fly around the table, maybe because the bathroom plumbing is leaking. Panchitos WAS an excellent peruvian restaurant......WAS!

The Waiters are very relaxed, it seems like they don't want to charge you for the food and I see that more of them stop talking to each other and have little customer service and well the time I went I ordered a Beef Loin and the truth is that it doesn't happen nd. And well, I get the account on a random piece of paper so the accounts are not taken.
