This place sucks so much butt! I placed an order through the app for today & for some reason it placed a future order for tomorrow at 12pm. I called the store & they told me they canāt cancel the order and that I had to call my bank. I called my bank all for them to tell me papa Johnās has to issue me the refund not my bank! I went through all of this extra hassle for $24 and was told by Harris that the manager Ali will cancel and refund me the money in 10-15 minutes and itās been a few hours and I still havenāt seen a dime refunded back into my account! This place deserves to get shut down.

They're all rip off! So I had savings that was added to my order when I ordered online. So my total came up to $31.94. When the delivery guy got to my house he said the total was $39.51. So I called the resturant and the guy on the phone says. Oh the online was incorrect, he doesn't know why it would say that! Mind you I've never had any problems before with my deals. Only issue I ever had was the tipping part because they try to get extra tips for the driver when it clearly says delivery included in the order. So why is it that I have to tip again when my food arrives?! I wish I could post my receipt. I'll never order from them again. You've loss a valuable custom over greed!

They were amazing. I live in Florida and they definitely gave amazing service. I was able to place the order on the phone with a live person!! He listened, was courteous and repeated the order back to me. I explained my parents were in their 80's. They delivered, my parents loved the pizza. They were so happy. My mom said the delivery guy was amazing too.Thank you for being patient and so kind to my parents. You made their day.?

Excellent pizza, good service. But the place physically doesn't look good, it doesn't have an atmosphere that motivates people to return.
The pizza was pretty solid. me and the boys enjoyed it. But I gotta be honest. the oreo bites were disgusting. they tasted like burnt wood. Try putting a stick in a campfire for 2 minutes and bite into it. the taste would be the same. guys you can't put oreo in the name and make something nasty. let's do better boys ??

In my personal experience, I encountered a minor hiccup with a new driver initially. However, since then, my orders have consistently been on time unless during peak hours. The food consistently arrives hot and ready to be enjoyed. The delivery staff is consistently respectful and polite.
