Had Papa John's from other places cheese was soft and stringy. I got it from Paterson straight Street and it was dry and overcooked

Ordered through the app, pizza was somewhat warm but tasted alright, on one bite I found a long black hair inside the pizza (pictured) we were all men with short hair eating it. I’m not ordering from this place again, especially after reading other reviews about how dirty this place is ruined the experience for me. Avoid and order somewhere else.

This place sucks so much butt! I placed an order through the app for today & for some reason it placed a future order for tomorrow at 12pm. I called the store & they told me they can’t cancel the order and that I had to call my bank. I called my bank all for them to tell me papa John’s has to issue me the refund not my bank! I went through all of this extra hassle for $24 and was told by Harris that the manager Ali will cancel and refund me the money in 10-15 minutes and it’s been a few hours and I still haven’t seen a dime refunded back into my account! This place deserves to get shut down.

They're all rip off! So I had savings that was added to my order when I ordered online. So my total came up to $31.94. When the delivery guy got to my house he said the total was $39.51. So I called the resturant and the guy on the phone says. Oh the online was incorrect, he doesn't know why it would say that! Mind you I've never had any problems before with my deals. Only issue I ever had was the tipping part because they try to get extra tips for the driver when it clearly says delivery included in the order. So why is it that I have to tip again when my food arrives?! I wish I could post my receipt. I'll never order from them again. You've loss a valuable custom over greed!
