Passaic County Superior Court

There's been some changes here at the courthouse, both good and bad, came here for an update regarding an LT case from a year prior, there are some employees that do their job, whereas others, not so much, thats all I gotta say..

Horrible courthouse and useless judge. I had a false restraining order filed on me. Keep in mind that I'm in a wheelchair. I was accused of chasing my ex with swords. Which I've been collecting since I was 20 years old. I'm not the smartest person, but you would think by the ridiculousness of the accusation. HOW DO YOU PUSH A WHEELCHAIR AND HOLD A SWORD AT THE SAME TIME?
I was kicked out of my house by the police. She even stated that we were breaking up and it would take longer for me to close the lease. It's a lot harder to find a place on a ground level. She got the police department to come with false charges and remove me. I was driving back and forth to work in NJ from PA. The day of court, my car had an issue. I had to take it to the mechanic, where I missed my court date. I filled out a firm by myself to get a new court date. Presented them with the receipt records from the day of court. Instead of them calling the mechanic, which I have no ties to. It was easier for them to make up a lie and said that my information was false. It's even a licensed mechanic shop with a 5 star reputation. They did not have to believe me. All they had to do was investigate with a simple phone call if they don't believe the receipt with letterhead from the business. The judge is just as big of an ahole as my ex. I've never seen such a mess in someone's freedom and life. It's a game to them. Then the clowns sent my paperwork to the house that they told me that I can't go back to. The superior court house DV judges, and Clara are not the brightest bunch. Whether you are innocent, they really don't care about getting justice. They do whatever makes their job easier. There's no justice being served at that courthouse. A bunch of ignorant, nasty, and lazy people. So I lost my whole collection, because an unfaithful ex got caught cheating. She was so embarrassed, because she spread lies and got caught. Then the police department came and stole from me. It was the most obvious case, she's assaulted me in the past. I thought any idiot would see what was going on. Apparently not, the judge totally surprised me. So anyone ever sees someone in a wheelchair chasing you with a sword. Just remember, it's not me. I can't hold a sword and push a wheelchair at the same time. Maybe going downhill, that's a possibility.

If I could give it less than one star I would, here they favor everyone except the injured party, they gave custody of my daughter to her father without any basis.

Horrible justice system. The judges at this court house will favor those with a lawyer over those representing themselves, regardless of the overwhelming evidence. Do yourself a favor and hire a lawyer if possible, regardless of how simple and clear cut the case may be.

Small claims for auto mechanic . Judge gave me time to get things ready but if you ever have a problem with bad mechanic forget small claims . The shop will have a lawyer that lies from insurance company. He will throw out all your evidence unless the mecahnic joins then you have a chance . No search for truth and justice here. Classic poor oppressed by rich. Or middle class squeezed. Read book of amos .Judge should .No attempt here to get rid of bad mecahanics

Unprofessional. Cronyism . Judges are political. Ignore material evidence. Absent and negligent.
