I will NEVER purchase this extremely disgusting pizza again it’s overly cheesy with what seems like the worse cheapest cheese ever the service was terrible and the slowest this place was bought by people who don’t even care about the food they serve I used to eat here as a kid it wasn’t that good then and it’s worse now

if i could give 0 stars i would don’t bother spending your money here, due to the snow and me being pregnant i was being super cautious to enter the store, unfortunately when i opened the door and stepped inside i ended up slipping due to all the water that was on the floor from customers walking in and out, upon entering the man was on his phone he didn’t even notice i fell and when i got up he didn’t help nor ask me if i was okay he just proceeded to look at me with a blank face. no human decency! i would’ve sued luckily my baby is okay.

Food was horrible, my cheesesteak taste like a bunch of metal....like it was cooked on a dirty grill...my husband chicken parmigiana was burnt all the way thru....i used to love this place...today will be my last time ordering from here.

From what I read and hear, food may be ok to some but manner of business and service is disturbing.

You all should be ashamed to use the name of such a loved man in your new/completely unrelated restaurant.

The name Piccolo is not for just "Italian Food" but represents a man's name that from what I see you are not holding even the closest resemblance too.

Run your business and serve your customers to your liking , but have the decency to remove another man's last name from your attempts

I have been ordering from this restaurant for years but today will be the last time. I experienced mishaps before but nothing to this magnitude. Quality customer service is everything. I'm so insulted that I was told the resolution for the restaurant's mistake was for me to keep what they sent and purchase the actual item that I waited over a hour and 15 minutes for.

Worst pizza I ever had unfortunately. Greasy flavorless with little to no sauce. Cheese has a cheap texture. Similar taste to Little Caesars.

Worst restaurant experience ever, service is slow and disappointing. They've gotten my orders wrong more than 3 times that I've been there. We thought, we'd continue to give them more chances and being that its at a convenient location, it would be better. But unfortunately they were disappointing. The older management team or ownership had better reputation. The new ownership is ruining their name. I usually dont leave reviews but this was a must. The owner is very arrogant and makes what he wants to make and tries to convince you that he is right and you are wrong. Bad customer sevice overall and pricing is ridiculous. This needs to be addressed, observed and reported!

There wasnt a way to reply to the owners response in the review therefore, i am editing my review to reply that yes, i have all the proof i need to prove my points that i have made today, one is my card, 2nd is your receipt and 3rd countless witnesses, you've basically proven that the opinions of other customers and myself who experienced such bad behaviors of yours were correct. Your arrogance and egoistic behaviors will be the downfall of this business. Learn to take orders of your customers properly and stop making things at your choice! You know very well and the people who work with you as well that you are on the wrong, yet you continue to come here and lie. Once again, we have all the "memos" which are useless to show you because im not interested in whatever you may offer to silence us. You are here to defend you business at whatever it costs you, but not this time!

Worst pizza place in Paterson. Don't bother ordering in UberEat. They take forever making the pizza and if you call and ask why is it taking so long they will yell at you.
