Just wanted to give a shout out to Sultan Bakery for helping me out. I called and made an order for a cake the day before and came to pick it up. Unfortunately, the person who took the order left the business and did not give them my order. The owner was most apologetic and went above and beyond to make it right and help me out. They are beyond kind, have delicious desserts, and are extremely hospitable. You’ll enjoy every bit of your dessert and you will definitely be a customer for life the way I am!

Sure! Here’s a polished version of your review for Google:

This place is hands down one of the best bakeries I’ve ever visited not just in the U.S., but even compared to those in Turkey! The desserts here are exceptional, especially the milk-based ones, which are absolutely divine. The service is also excellent, making the entire experience even better. If you’re ever in Patterson, this is the spot.

If I'm coming to Sultan Bakery. The biggest reason is; You have a patient, friendly and hard-working personality. I thank you very much, brother Ömer, for giving me your sincerity and friendship, which is more valuable than gold.

Unfortunately, the mincemeat pie is very wild - it has no flavor whatsoever. It was served almost cold.

Fried eggs are legendary!
Olive pastry is superb.
Baklava is okay.
Since I don't live here, I guess my expectations were too high when I found a Turkish bakery. This is my first time here, I will try another place again. Well done.

We bought about five or six types of desserts and a few pitas to try. I can't say that the pitas are very delicious, but they definitely satisfy your need for patisserie pita. Most of the desserts were delicious. Especially the ones with pistachio... The friend who helped was a little disrespectful. Thank you for your hard work!

It is a place where we have been shopping since the day it opened, where we go from time to time and where we love its desserts and its service. Freshness and quality are actually important criteria for us. Even though we shop at other places, we still come back and enjoy their desserts. But the desserts we have bought for the last three times have been spoiled and sour. At first, we doubted whether it was from our own cupboard, but when the same thing happened for the third time and 3 of the 4 desserts we bought were stale and sour, and only one was fresh, we were very upset and angry. Because we are traveling 40 miles from New York. And it is very sad that the places we love lose their style, compromise their quality, and lose their taste over time. It's a pity for the time, the expense, and the bond we've established. This is why, unfortunately, it is not possible to become a regular somewhere.
