I ordered food through the Taco Bell app on 7/18, and my DoorDash driver, Jose, canceled my order. He claimed an employee told him that someone with the same name and address already took the food. But that's not true because I know the neighbors on the 2nd and 3rd floor and they don't have the same name as me. So I feel like he was lying. 🤨. Sounds like an excuse honestly felt like he was lazy or maybe high and just didn’t want to deliver 😤
I didn’t get my food, and my refund didn’t come through for 4-5 days 💸⏳. Completely unacceptable.
This was such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won't be using the Taco Bell app again. From now on, if I really want Taco Bell, I’ll just order directly through Uber Eats or DoorDash 🚗

How do you not have a working customer bathroom ? I ate my meal with my kids and then got denied access to the bathroom. People loitering inside the store also asking for food/money . Unacceptable will never return

The reason people don't want to go into the store it's because there's always people holding the door trying to get money from them and it bothers people they don't feel comfortable therefore this business loses money because of the harassment for money at the door opening and closing the door without being an employee
