This is a wonderful place if you want to get authentic Baklava or Turkish Pide bread. It’s even worth the drive from Manhattan for me when I’m in the mood for it (combined with other errands in New Jersey). However, the prices are quite high. Furthermore, I usually don’t care too much about customer service if the product is alright, but if the cashier doesn’t acknowledge your existence and won’t even exchange one word with you, even I find it a bit offensive. Finally, please be aware that parking is limited.Parking: Very limited number of parking spots in the small and steep store parking lot. Can get very crowded, especially on weekends.

I visit NJ often and come to taskin for most of my simits and poğaça.So far its the highest quality product I've seen in terms of simit and poğaça.One thing I will note is that the simit is not traditional simit, it has a more fluffy taste and is sweeter then the normal simit. It's still very good but for those who are simit elitist might think otherwise.

You will love their wonderful breads and baklava and treliche. But I would like to say that it was the worst lokma dessert I have ever eaten.

I bought a dessert from here for the public, it was really awful, I bought a sugarpare, it has salt instead of sugar, it's a disgrace, I went and told them they didn't even care, I don't recommend it.

Really great food for good price, I already tried 30 more times and never missed the taste of good food, everything was delicious every time. great for baklava, Turkish bagel, dessert, tea, bread, they’re beyond the bakery style in USA. I have been coming here for more than 20 years, they have improved themselves over the years and have reached a good place. But they never learned this service thing. The better the people working in the kitchen, the more scandalous the people working at the frontI tell the man it's walnut baklava and when I come home and open the box, it turns out to be pistachio baklava and they are unnecessary sullen people. I wouldn't want to make such a comment about a Turkish business, but the employees who really work at the front don't even deserve a star.
