Service was good. The server was cordial and professional. The food overall was OK. The meat was a bit on the salty side, but I was hungry, so it went down anyway. The steak on the Lomo was a bit on the overcooked and chewy side. The vinegar flavor was overpowering; like it was seasoned in a rush. I can tell it was white distilled vinegar used to season the beef. All the taste was superficially on the surface of the entire dish. None penetrated into the beef or veggies. The rice was a delight nonetheless. However, the fries were a bit too much. However, I need a do over on the dish itself. Prove to me it was just a rushed job and not the normal.

The first time I tried to eat here I came in person to order take out. Stood there for about 15 minutes and asked the woman 2x if I could order and she just stared at me and walked away so I left. Tonight my wife told me she ordered peruvian food, thinking she’d order from one of our usual places. Unfortunately for some reason she ordered from here. Worst Peruvian food I ever had. It is quite literally inedible. Plenty of other excellent options for Peruvian food in the area!!

This place is absolutely terrible. I found a roach in my food, which ruined the entire experience. The service was subpar, and the overall cleanliness is highly questionable. If you’re craving good Peruvian food, avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options elsewhere.

I recommend it, the food is very good, I ordered ceviche for delivery, the fish was very fresh, I loved it, I would definitely order again.

I visited the lomo truck at pier 13 in hoboken and ordered a lomo saltado combo, tallarin saltado and Maracuya juice . The food was not great at all and the maracuya juice tasted fermented and like it was about to go bad due to heat . We paid a total of $ 39 dollars and honestly felt it was a waste of money. As a peruvian , you should take your business more seriously and give people the real taste of peruvian food not what looks like it but its not at all. Good luck. Hope you get better !

The chaufa mixto was the worse ive ever eaten, it was salty, dry, chicken was chewy, shrimp rubbery. I couldnt even finish eating. My stomach got upset..

Initial and only visit. Tried the salchipapas, but the sauce was expired. The chicken chaufa lacked flavor, even with added sauce. Both dishes were discarded after just two bites.
