Service was good. The server was cordial and professional. The food overall was OK. The meat was a bit on the salty side, but I was hungry, so it went down anyway. The steak on the Lomo was a bit on the overcooked and chewy side. The vinegar flavor was overpowering; like it was seasoned in a rush. The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend.Ordered the Papa a la Huancaína. It was so creamy good. I do wish there was more eggs.Will have to stop in to try the Lomo and Chaufa!
