I had the cinnamon raisin bagel, and it was truly outstanding! Perfectly chewy on the inside, lightly crisp on the outside, and packed with just the right balance of warm cinnamon and sweet, plump raisins. Every bite tasted fresh, comforting, and clearly made with care. This is the kind of bagel that makes you slow down and savor it, the kind that sets a new standard for what a great bagel should be. If this cinnamon raisin is any indication, Tony’s Bagel is doing something very right. I’ll definitely be back for more.

I moved away from Paterson years ago and recently came back for a quick visit and had to make a stop at Tony's Bagels before heading back to Florida. Tony himself served us and treated us like family. What a nostalgic and comforting experience! The food was also delicious and piping hot on this snowy day. If you're in the area, you absolutely must go; it's the real deal!

I don't ever leave reviews, but I had to make an exception here. I've been coming here on and off for years and the place has dropped tremendously in quality.
The food is consistently bland, with portions as if we're rationing during a famine. I paid nearly $20 for a cheesesteak (pics included) with so much meat missing that I'm basically eating vegan. Cooks so stingy with the portions, you'd think it was coming directly out of their pay.
Whether it's a bacon egg and cheese with bland, flavorless eggs and undercooked bacon with the texture of a band-aid, a pancake platter comparable to what you can expect from McDonald's or the cheesesteak that could be found in the frozen section of the grocery store for a third of the price, I urge you to consider going anywhere else.
And who is the maniac that keeps smuggling a pickle slice in the package of fries? You will be brought to justice.
Only not giving 1 star because I at least didn't get sick and the people working the cashier are decent. As long as I change one person's mind about visiting here, I did my job.

But service is atrocious: Long waits for even a simple order, and having it come back wrong (and getting BS over it) or charged incorrectly has severely limited the number of times I'd go to place.

i got to say; tried out this spot 2 Days in row and Damn them bagels are good. nicely toasted and they even prepared it how i like it without me telling them. i like my ketchup and mayo on the same side and they did just that 😂nice place and friendly will definitely start coming more often
