I really like this place, I usually go or order delivery frequently but today I spent 20 minutes calling and they didn't take my call and when they finally answered they told me to wait on the line, I was on the line for 10 minutes and I listened like a girl told another not to answer the phones because they were very busy, the business is so good and they have so many orders that they are forgetting about customer service, they should improve all the call services, the business is growing but it can't keep up and the people who we want to eat there we get bored of waiting. Today I preferred not to eat there rather than continue waiting for my order to be taken.

If you want to kill your craving for coastal fast food, this is the perfect place! The food is delicious and the service excellent??highly recommended??
The flavors are like those of Barranquilla, it is evident that the tartar sauce and the pineapple sauce are made by themselves. We were a group and we ordered a little from everyone. And all very good, top ingredients. I would drive whatever it took to get back.

Their hamburger is a fiasco, the meat doesn't taste like anything, the potatoes are uglier and more expensive, the sauces for the food are dripping, the attention wants to be friendly but it becomes cloying and you don't finish eating when they are already lifting your plate...as we say in Killa Ass and bone

I was their super fan and recommended them to all my friends, but they have lowered the quality. Today I ordered the same with faith that it was a good chicken sausage and I wrote “extra tartar and pineapple” (they charged me extra for that) and this is what I received (see photo). They didn't even put the pineapple sauce on it, and the extra one didn't appear. totally disappointed.
