I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment. I ordered wings and veggie fries, planning to pick them up 10 minutes early to ensure they were hot. Unfortunately, the wings were merely warm, and the fries were soggy. Despite confirming my order with your staff, my veggie sticks were missing.
When I called to address the issue and requested delivery for the missing item, given that I'm located just around the corner from your restaurant, your team refused. Adding to my frustration, the offer was only to refund the missing veggie fries. Considering the inconvenience caused by this error, a mere refund feels inadequate. I paid $40 expecting a complete order and prompt service. Furthermore, your unwillingness to rectify the mistake with delivery was disappointing.
This experience has been frustrating enough to make me consider alternatives like Buffalo Wild Wings or Jimmy's, where I've consistently received fresh, hot wings and complete orders.
I hope you can address these concerns to prevent similar situations in the future.

Crew is usually very young kids that don't seem to care much for customer service or working in general. Also don't ever bother asking for anything other than exactly as it appears on the menu. Asking for things like having the fries well done or extra seasoning which are options on the app, are completely ignored by the staff. The few times I have tried this location I asked for the fries well done and for extra seasoning and not once was it ever done. They definitely ignore any special instructions on an order. I used to go to Wingstop a lot before I came to this area because other ones are a lot better. I think if this one just employed people that had the tiniest amount of pride in their work it would be a million times better. But when your whole crew is like high school kids that are more concerned with laughing and joking with each other then doing their jobs this is the garbage that you get. I've actually tried it a couple of times over the years and nothing has changed. The people have changed but the attitude is the same. I just had to stop going there because I realized unless ownership changes it will continue to be the same.

My first visit to Wingstop was a bit of a disappointment, as I tried their bone-in wings and found them to be underwhelming. However, a friend encouraged me to give it another go, this time with the boneless wings, and I'm so glad I did! The boneless wings were absolutely fantastic—tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with the Hot Honey flavor standing out as especially delicious (Garlic-Parm was a show stopper too, but skip the KBBQ). Great value for the quality and portion size, too.
While the parking lot can be a bit tricky to navigate, the kitchen area was impressively clean, almost laboratory-level, which was reassuring. The staff was also incredibly kind and attentive, making the overall experience much more enjoyable. Definitely worth a second visit.

HORRIBLE, burnt potatoes and they taste bad! You can tell they don't change the oil🤢🤢🤢🤢 And the chicken was very unpleasant, I had to throw it all away 🤢🤢🤢🤢

You want good chicken >>> CHICKEN SUPREME in Totowa, NJ <<< "even on a bad day" is the spot. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt 3rd time and NO DIFFERENCE, disgusting NEVER AGAIN ‼️? HEAVY GREASE, reflux on 1000 right now. OLD oil, too, ??♀️
