Food was burnt hard and overcooked. Lacked originality. Fries hard like they been double fried to rewarm ( I used to work in fast food) Chicken wings were not fresh. Staff messing around joking in front of customers without a care. Cashier had an attitude. When they are busy they take forever and treat the doordash drivers there bothering them for doing their job. It may not be all the employees but I put in a mobile order around 9p on 4/12/24. As my first time trying wing stop for these prices I won't be coming to this location again. I trusted to wait until I got home to check my food that was a mistake I took with them. Disappointed and unhappy is what I am. I had my hopes up for this mess forget about it.

Got my order wrong, i’m allergic to milk products and they gave me wings with parm on it. Took it back and they remade my wings correctly but then the fries were greasy and soggy. Not the best experience.

if i could give a 0 star i would. absolutely terrible service. ordered for delivery and my bag was left ripped open in the rain. most my order was missing and whatever i had was soggy. called and was told i would be refunded and still never received my money back. lady on the phone was extremely rude. will never eat here again.

We went to the store on route 20 twice to be sure of our findings. The chicken tasted old and covered up by the seasoning. We are of the same opinion after our second visit.The fries were also soggy.,Improvements needed.

Very bad service ever .. bad food bad delivery I ordered a food from them they send all wrong items I have my son he has allergic spicy food they send me very spicy chicken sandwich and they send me very old french fries all there food so cold you can't enjoying it .. just be careful from where you order please it's horrible place and food so disgusting! Be careful about ur health and ur kids please don't go there ever I took a picture for the damage food but I don't know how I post the picture here ..

I’ve been going to that wing stop for about 3 years now && with the time it’s been getting worse. They only hire Little kids that don’t prep your meal as you requested I never see a manager in store. Those kids are always playing and talking aren’t wearing gloves or hair nets. I ordered my food well done with extra seasoning. I get home open my food and see that my meat is burnt cheap on the seasoning chicken was dry and my French fries were soggy cold and hard like it was there for quite some time and it had No season when I asked for well done and extra seasoning. If people are paying for their food it should be made the way they asked for it and within a good enough time.Someone must put the foot down in this center and readjust the employee and watch over them constantly.
