I go to Zig Zags a lot and buy my cigarettes soda junk food and order food often though not as often as I used to. Sam is really good people but about every 8/10 times we order food there they end up messing up one of my orders and I have to walk back over there. Other than that tip-top service, ALWAYS!

Clearly don't follow any instructions with orders. Doesn't matter if you say no tomatoes or onions because your sandwich will be loaded with both.

Yesterday May 4 I ordered a chopped cheeseburger sandwich and also two other members in my house order items off the menu with beef. Later on our stomachs got upset and started having stomach trouble. Also to keep in mind I am pregnant. Serving food to the public with no regards of sanitation or condition of the food is absurd. This place is overpriced and quality is terrible. Really don’t not recommend ordering here. I should’ve knew better to order again since the last time I ate there I was throwing up.

I currently work as a sanitation worker in the city of Paterson and eat here often. Their hot sandwiches are ok but if you want to customize your sandwich...good luck.....the person taking the orders is terrible at recording your order and the people making it is just as worst. And I highly recommend you not to order a cold sandwich because it's only 4 pieces of meat on a thick sub roll.
