I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for almost 2 years. I’ve always gone inside! After they kept getting it wrong. One young lady would make my order daily, with no issues. (Hence, why I gave it 3 stars). Each time I’ve gone through the Drive Thru the woman working literally over talks you. (If you would just hush up and listen. Perhaps you’ll get my order correct.) When I get to the window my order is completely wrong. I ask for caramel and get mocha. Instead of making another...

Three stars cause they lady at the register is so rude and dismissive and constantly arguing with the other lady speaking Hindu. Just be better with your customer service please. The food was good on the other hand.
