That was the best piece of flounder I’ve had in years. I had the po’boy. It did not need any tartar sauce or anything because it just tasted so good as is.. super fresh. It’s a little luncheonette type of place, not stylized, just good food. They seem to do a lot of takeout also. I don’t live in the area I live in NYC so I have a tremendous choice of places to eat and I really appreciate a very fresh piece of fish.
Great food and good portions. There was a small hiccup with our order, but they fixed it and made things right, which we really appreciated. We will return. The chicken wings fried to perfection and the flounder deliciously seasoned and perfect crispiness.
Highly recommended place for fresh seafood options.
I am in town for work for a few days. I found this place just searching local restaurants. The shop has an awesome atmosphere with fresh seafood inside the display coolers and all different fish, shark, crab, etc. literature and pictures on the walls.
