I ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant, but half the cheese was stuck to the wrapper and the croissant was falling apart. I also ordered a small coffee with regular milk and sugar, but it came without sugar. I didn’t notice until I got back to my car and started driving, and it was really disappointing—this was my first bad experience with Dunkin.

Horrible staff, I asked for a cookie butter iced latte with Matcha instead of coffee because it was late. Received a regular cookie butter iced latte, I told the lady making the drinks that I had asked for matcha not coffee. She ROLLS HER EYES IN MY FACE and says with a disgusting attitude “so do you not want the drink” I was embarrassed and said no it’s fine but what the type of service is that please don’t come here unless ur expectations are low.

Very rude employee arrived at 9:57 on 6-2-25 the girl was making her friend a drink all lights were on still she turned around and said we are closed sign says closed at 10 not 9:55 maybe hire better employees
They need to learn basic math. I placed my order it came to $10.10 handed her a $20.00 and $0.10 she looks at the screen and gives me $9.80 back. We are doomed

The manager of this location was rude and would not help refund some of my money for my order through the app when they didn’t have what I ordered and the replacement items cost less that what I spent. He was incredibly dismissive, didn’t listen and tried to correct me and was wrong. In addition, 3 of the items I ordered were missing an important ingredient. My experience with this location could not have been worse and now I have to try to contact Dunkin‘ Donuts for a refund of what I’m owed since the manager would not assist. Manager needs training on how to treat customers when they are at fault for an error.

I placed a simple mobile order at Dunkin’ to get my bonus points, but the experience was very disappointing. After placing my order, I watched as three other customers who ordered after me received their food first. Eventually, the employee asked if I was a mobile order and said mine would be next. It still took 14 minutes total to get my food. When I finally got back to my truck, I realized the food wasn’t even fully cooked. This was frustrating and definitely not the service I expected.

The laziest, most rude staff I have ever interacted with. I ordered a small hot black coffee. The worker proceeded to NOT make my order, and continue taking and making orders for all customers after me. I made multiple attempts to get her attention, which were met with a nasty side eye and I was continued to be ignored. 15 minutes after placing my order, the worker finally acknowledged me and asked for my receipt, when she was the one who served me at the register. She made the coffee and tossed it on the counter, spilling it everywhere. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Will not be visiting this location ever again.

The worst Dunkin' I've been to! Made an order ( sausage egg and cheese sandwich), waited in the line, and 15 minutes later, was notified that they were out of eggs and they don'thave any croissant left! They have only 5 sandwiches in the menu, all of them with eggs, but they are out of eggs in the morning! Asked them to make wrap instead. After another 20 minutes, I asked where my wrap is, and in 5 minutes, I finally got my wrap just to throw it away because of how disgusting it was. Also purchased 1 iced coffee and 1 hot with sugar and creme. Asked to put less ice into iced coffee, and of course, they fill it with ice and put way too much sugar into hot coffee! I've traveled all over the US, and this one is the shittiest Dunkin' so far!
