Outstanding Paella party at our home. Chef Rafael is talented and highly personable. Excellent communication and menu plans.
Flawless execution and cooking in our home. Our guests absolutely loved it. And DELICIOUS!!
We ordered the Paella and it was delicious, the portions were great and it arrived on time and warm. Everybody loved it and had second servings. We will surely be ordering the paella again and can wait to try other dishes from Rafa as well!
The chicken tinga and patatas de rafa were delicious. Rafa came to our door when he said he would, food was hot and yummy, highly recommend! We hope to order again soon, it was so nice to not have to cook and to have the pleasure of authentic Mexican cuisine!
