(Would give 6 stars.) I lived in France for the first 26 years of my life, and BREAD is like a way of life there. I miss it so much, because in the USA, bread in general is low quality, focused on shelf life over taste and nutrition. So, in this context, the Terra Momo BREAD Company is the most extraordinary outpost of bread-making in New Jersey.
