Our pies have a charred crust typical of authentic Italian pizza. All pies are thin crust; This is our house specialty. All of our dough is vegan. Special note: Our glutin pizza is a gluten free dough, however it is still prepared in the same work space and oven with our traditional pizza and is not recommended for customers with severe celiac.

The middle aged manager with glasses is a wonderful person.
I went there to pick up an order as a delivery driver. The manager treated me so well, even though he didn't have to do all that. When i came into the restaurant, he introduced himself and asked me how he can help. when i told him that i came to pick up door dash order. He told me it will be ready in few minutes and asked me if i need anything to eat or drink and that its for free.

This is my go to place for pizza in Pennington, NJ. It's my go to place for several reasons:
1. The pizza is a thin crust that is baked in the oven and absolutely delicious. It's crisp, yet doughy. It's got that nice smoky flavor from the crumbles in the oven, but does not taste burnt.
2. All of their ingredients always taste so fresh. Their sausage, you can taste the fennel, their tomato sauce, you can taste the tomatoes. Their peppers taste...

I would give 4.2 or something like that because I have been twice here, the second time around food was above good but not amazing, maybe due to what I ordered. but during my first time it was amazing.
