I frequent this restaurant quite often as we have moved into the area a year ago. Food is always good. Salad is very fresh and the service is excellent. Noise level is a little high so sitting outside might be a nice option weather permitting. Price for chef's specials are on the high side.
Enjoyed the home made lobster ravioli special tonight. We've been here twice in the last couple months because it's a convenient location to meet relatives, and the food and service are excellent. My two young granddaughters enjoy meeting me there.
Dined with my wife for Mother's Day. It was our first time here, and I chose this place because of the very good ratings. I guess we picked a bad day because our experience was underwhelming. First, I want to state that the food was very good. We had the chicken and veal parm dishes. The service was another story. I can understand a restaurant being busy, but there's no excuse for the waiter to take almost 15 minutes to appear. If he simply stopped by and said that, I'd have no issue. I didn't know who our waiter would be, but I saw him walk by a few times before he stopped by. I was 2 minutes from getting up and leaving. I won't mention his name, but his initial starts with an A (do better), and I still tipped him well because I respect the profession. I could have said something but don't like to complain to folks handling my food, so I'll vent here in case they read this. I recommend not bringing ranch when I ordered balsamic. Bring the appetizer before the entree. We barely touched it. When preparing a to go bag, include the marinara sauce we requested. I originally booked the Newtown location, but this location was closer. I may consider the same next time or just get take out.
I would have gave a 5 star rating but the service was horrible. Celebrating Mother's Day with my mom and grandmother... when seated the waiter took our order (Mothers Day menu) provide us with our drinks, soup, salad and bread for the table and we did not see the waiter for 50min. The waiter did not come by the table to check on us. I had to flag down two different waiters to get refills and more bread for the table. After 50mins of waiting a different waiter approached us and said that they lost our meal ticket and it's going to take some time .... When we received our meal our assigned waiter provided us our food and said nothing about the delay. It's unfortunate because the food was really good.
The food was wonderful and the service was great! Mother's Day is a busy busy day but they did such a great job! They were busy but the staff was so pleasant !
We love dining at this restaurant, a local gem. The food is prepared perfectly. We enjoy the attentive staff especially Diego a gracious waiter.
Always enjoyable BYOB. Reliably good food and service. Many good value in addition to some higher end options.
Piccolo's is consistently wonderful. Great Italian food, warm and efficient service, fabulous specials. Perfect for a celebration or a casual get-together. Their pizza is also top-notch! When the warm weather arrives, the outside dining area is a magical addition.

Diego was our server and everything was exceeding expectations! Food was excellent, the service was excellent and a wonderful experience. We will be back!
Service was excellent. Disappointed we were seated in the back by the kitchen. Food was average. The pizzas were okay. A little too much ingredients for my taste.
What an unexpected surprise to find such a gem in this location. Food and service was excellent. Creative dishes and wonderful attentive service. Thank you!
Food is good but bland. service is good but they could be happier. The led lights kill the mood.

I found Piccolo Trattoria as a last minute place to have a work lunch. We arrived and were seated immediately, which was part of the great service. I tried a salad as well as their Gluten free tomato pie (with added figs). This was one of the best gluten free pizzas I've had outside of Italy. The salad was really good too. I'd highly recommend Piccolo Trattoria!
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is great!
