Stopped by this location for a quick breakfast and was blown away. At a time when customer service seems to be declining, it’s so refreshing to have kind interactions. The baristas here are so good - efficient and friendly! Sean in particular was a complete sweetheart- thank you for being so kind about remaking my drink. You made my day.

I don’t come here often, but yesterday I stopped in and got a hot chocolate before having to stand outside in the freezing cold. got to where I was going just to find out they forgot to put the chocolate in. I was just drinking hot milk 😅 waste of my gift card unfortunately

Maybe if the baristas spent as much time with customer orders as they do on their phones, I wouldn’t have waited as long as I had and maybe they would have gotten my drink right.

I try never to write bad reviews but there are some sanitary issues - taking out trash and not washing hands prior to food preparation and food quality issues (all of the lattes are watered down). The staff is nice however…

I have celiac and the baristas were SO kind and accommodating. They explained where there might be cross contamination and even brought over the products that would be in my drink so I could read the labels (without me asking). Great experience!
Service is slow at times but overall good experience. Staff is polite and tries to accomodate.

I’m vegan and to some it might not matter but even if I were to consume any kind of dairy product it would upset my stomach. I had asked for a shaken espresso With oat milk. I noticed on the cup it did not say oat milk, so I went in and let him know, and he said “oh I didn’t put that down”. When I had clearly asked for oat milk. So they remade the drink for me. Picked up the cup and it was 2% milk again. If you’re vegan, have any kind of dietary restrictions or lactose intolerant, do not come here.
