There was an issue with some of the patrons at the store and the manager, Mario helped to resolve the situation very professionally and gracefully. I personally managed/owned multiple businesses and was grateful that he was able to produce a resolution quickly.
Location a little far so it’s my first time here. I visited on Sunday around noon and I’m shocked how big this location is. I had a great experience and going to return to stay longer. The space look so comfortable to read and study. Other starbucks felt cramped so I love how spacious this location is.

I had latte from other place few miles away and it was not hot enough. I asked them to warm it up if they can.
Hakim I guess supervisor, just made a new one. Dylan made is right away without issue. Great work.
