My wife and I visited yesterday and it was an amazing experience. As a home brewer of sour and funky beers, I appreciated the dedication to lambic inspired beers and the traditional process of spontaneous beers (the undisturbed cobwebs were so satisfying to see). So happy to have time to finally visit this place. It's my new favorite beer stop. I do love wild beer and sours, so if you don't have a taste for that don't worry, they have wine too. And you might just find a beer you like. Relaxed environment with great records playing. I will be back when my to-go beers are finished! Amazing, must visit.
Great selection, fun place. Everything we tasted was delicious. Looking forward to putting the bottles we purchased up for a few years. The spontaneous fermentation process produces some really delicious beers. Behind the counter could use a good dusting.
